Terms and conditions: Outcome Readiness Assessment

1. Who we are and what this covers

These terms apply when you buy and use the Outcome Readiness Assessment (the “Assessment”) from Eventus.do Ltd (“Eventus”, “we”, “us”), registered in England and Wales, number 16474771, of 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. By ticking the box when you sign up, you agree to them and to our privacy policy.

You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What you are buying

The Assessment is a guided, self-serve questionnaire about your business and between three and seven of your customers. When you finish, you get a personalised report (a PDF) that shows where your business stands between Level 2 and Level 3 of the TSIA B4B framework and what to do first.

The scoring and the wording of the report come from fixed rules applied to your answers.

3. Who can buy

The Assessment is for businesses. You confirm that you are buying for a business, that you have authority to agree these terms for it, and that the details you give are correct.

4. Price, VAT and payment

The price is £100 plus VAT at 20%, so £120 in total, unless a discount code applies (see below). The price and the VAT are shown before you pay.

You pay on a secure page run by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. We start your Assessment when Stripe confirms your payment, and we email you a sign-in link.

5. Discount codes

We sometimes give out discount codes. You enter a code on the payment page and the new price is shown before you pay. A code takes 25%, 50% or 100% off the price before VAT. Each code may have a limit on how many times it can be used and a date it stops working. Codes are for the person or business we gave them to, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Your account and signing in

You sign in with a link we email to you, or with your Google or Microsoft account. Keep your sign-in secure. Do not share it. Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.

7. Time to finish

You can answer the questions in your own time, and your answers are saved as you go. You have four weeks from payment to finish the questions and get your report. If you need longer, ask us at [email protected] and we will normally extend it.

8. Your answers and your report

You must answer honestly, to the best of your knowledge. “I don’t know” is an acceptable answer to most questions, and it is a finding in its own right.

Your report reflects only what you told us. If an answer is wrong or out of date, the report will be too. We keep a record of the answers behind each report and of the version of the rules that scored them.

9. Our follow-up

We read every report after it is released and will follow up with you about it. Sometimes we may contact you before then if something looks wrong. We use the contact details you gave us at sign-up, and you can tell us at any time if you would rather not hear from us.

10. Using the report

The report is yours to use inside your business. You may share it with your own staff, advisers and customers. You may not sell it, publish it, or present it as your own research. The framework, wording and design remain ours or our licensors’. The B4B framework belongs to TSIA and its authors.

11. Benchmarks (optional)

At sign-up you can choose whether we may use your answers, in anonymised form, to build benchmarks. This is optional and does not affect your report. [Wording to be checked by a lawyer before launch.]

12. Your data

How we collect, use and keep personal data is set out in our privacy policy at https://eventus.do/who-we-are/privacy-policy/. In short: we hold your answers, your customers’ answers as you describe them, and your report so that you can come back to them and so that we can follow up. Please do not put the real names of your customers’ staff, or other personal data about people, into free-text answers. We keep your completed answers and your report so that you can come back to them and so that we can follow up. We keep them until you ask us to delete them, and you can ask at any time by emailing [email protected]. Details you type at sign-up but never pay for are deleted after seven days.

13. What we do not promise

The Assessment is a snapshot based on your answers and published research. It does not tell you what to charge, design a contract, forecast returns, or compare you with other businesses. It is not legal, financial or investment advice. We do not promise that following it will raise your revenue, margin or valuation, or that it will win or keep any customer.

We do our best to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

14. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you for anything arising from the Assessment is limited to the price you paid for it.

15. Refunds

If you change your mind, tell us at [email protected] within 14 days of paying and before we have made your report, and we will refund what you paid in full. If a fault on our side stops you getting your report, we will fix it or refund what you paid, as you prefer. Once your report has been made, and if there is no fault on our side, we do not give refunds. If you paid twice by mistake, we will refund the extra payment. Refunds go back through Stripe to the card that paid, and usually reach you within five to ten working days. When we refund you, your access ends and we delete your answers unless you ask us to keep them.

16. Changes to a report or to the service

If we find a problem with a report, we may withdraw it while we check it, and we will tell you why and what happens next. We may improve or change the Assessment from time to time. A report you have already been given keeps the scoring rules it was built with.

17. Ending your use

You can stop using the Assessment at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service, and we will tell you why. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as 10, 13, 14 and 19) do.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applied when you signed up is the one that applies to your Assessment. The date of the latest version is at the top of this page.

19. The law that applies

These terms, and any dispute about them, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
